Hi, I’m Dani Boltz, founder and practitioner here at Mountain Honey Wellness. I believe in the healing power of connecting mind to body and living from a place of self-guided intuition. I think that when we nurture our own bodies through simple daily rituals, bodywork, and consistent movement, we nurture us and our community. I work from a place of compassionate trauma informed place of understanding that many of us are working to heal from our pasts, and I’m so honored to be a part of your beautifully unique process.

Dani’s passion and enthusiasm for creative movement, the mind-body connection, beautiful healing spaces, and a decade plus of yoga teaching all influence her work as a massage therapist. Believing deeply in the bodies capacity to heal when it feels safe to do so, Dani follows an intuitive, slow approach to bodywork and space holding to invite in this natural healing process.

A neck injury, and her subsequent commitment to retraining postural habits by working directly with the nervous system, confirmed her understanding of the healing power of resting in parasympathetic and therapeutic touch to allow the body to fully unwind and realign.

With warmth and compassion, Dani aspires to empower her clients in their embodiment and healing journey. Working through a trauma-informed lens, Dani creates a collaborative, therapeutic environment weaving together modalities such as Myofascial Release, Tui Na, Gua Sha, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Deep Tissue (with elements of Swedish woven throughout). She attended East West College of the Healing Arts here in Portland, Oregon.

When Dani is not in the clinic you will find her spending time in nature, teaching spoon carving workshops, biking around the city, buying fresh flowers, or spending time with her husband Hy and their crazy dogs. Coffee in bed is her love language.
